 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience supervising Plant Maintenance and Personnel
- Knowledge on maintenance and operation of Genset, Fire Safety Equipment, and PLC programming is a plus
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to maintenance challenges
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance of Production and Plant Utility Equipment
- Ensure Plant and Equipment are properly maintained in good condition
- Train, motivate, lead and supervise maintenance workers
- Review work orders, job requests, create reports
- Develop Preventive Maintenance Program
- Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance and Repairs
- Design and implement Maintenance Improvement Projects
- Conduct Maintenance Audit of Company Plants
