Prices of items for sale and listed on the inJoy Online Store Site ( are subject to change any time without prior notice and become effective immediately upon our posting of such changes onto our Site. Only the prices published on our Site are the valid prices for transactions purchased through our inJoy Online Store. Actions such as but not limited to placing an item into your Cart or receiving written communication through any of inJoy’s official e-mail addresses does not guarantee or reserve any specific price for you. The only way to reserve or hold the price for an item purchased through inJoy Online Store is to complete the Check-Out process until the final stage (also known as the ‘Transaction Successful’ stage) where your order transaction is successfully completed. It is system-generated that the same order details and total amount due to you will be sent to to the email address that is registered under the account used for completing the order; however, if there are any circumstances that arise preventing you from receiving the email such as but not limited to system failures, email provider issues, then we are also not responsible for such.  



Upon ordering from the inJoy Online Store, customers are to do the following to facilitate safe and prompt delivery of goods to shipping address:

• Deposit full payment only to bank accounts as printed on the final stage (also known as the ‘Transaction Successful’ stage) of the Check-Out Process

• Provide inJoy Online Store with proof of payment by emailing copy of deposit slip/bills payment slip to (inJoy Online Store will acknowledge successful receipt of payment proof by responding to your email. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that inJoy Online Store is able to receive the customer’s proof of payment successfully.)

• Provide accurate delivery details which includes the Unit Number, Street name, Barangay name, City or Town, and Province whenever applicable

• Follow all the instructions as listed on the final stage (also known as the ‘Transaction Successful’ stage) of the Check-Out Process

Upon the successful receipt of inJoy Online Store of proof of payment, orders will be delivered to customer within 5 to 7 working day for shipping addresses in Metro Manila, Luzon, and Bicol; while orders will be delivered within 10 to 18 working days for shipping addresses in Visayas and Mindanao.

If you are able to deposit to the correct bank accounts as listed on the Site, and yet you were not able to send proof by email of your deposit within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase from the Site then the full amount that you deposited will be considered void.

Any excess payments will be forfeited.



Goods ordered will be delivered door-to-door through inJoy Online Store’s logistics partner/s, Mondays through Saturdays (excluding declared holidays). If your city or town does not appear in the dropdown list in the inJoy Online Store’s Check-Out Process, then your area is not part of the serviceable areas.

Upon delivery of the ordered goods in the presence of inJoy Online Store’s logistic partner, recipient is responsible to check the outer packaging of the package as well its inner contents for any signs of damage/tampering. Recipient should have a screwdriver at the given delivery address during the estimate delivery dates to open the crate. If recipient chooses not to open the crate at the time of delivery to check the inner contents of package, recipient waives the right to make further complaints that there were physical damage/tampering to the goods upon delivery. Once recipient signs on the Air Waybill documentation provided by inJoy Online Store’s logistic partner as having received the package, this serves as acknowledgment that there was no physical damage/tampering on the outer packaging and on its inner contents at the time of delivery and inJoy Online Store and our logistic partners will not be held liable for any physical defects or damages observed thereafter.

At the time of delivery, if any damage/tampering is observed on either the outer packaging or on the goods contained inside, recipient is to immediately report this by writing detailed observations on the Air Waybill documentation provided by inJoy Online Store’s logistic partner. Recipient is also to immediately inform inJoy by emailing of observation.

Three (3) delivery attempts will be made for each order. Fees incurred for deliveries made beyond the three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.

inJoy Online Store shall not be held liable for delay or non-delivery of merchandise due to circumstances beyond inJoy Online Store’s control and that of the logistics partner. Such conditions include but are not limited to the following:

            a. Incorrect or incomplete address of recipient

            b. Refusal of recipient to accept the delivery

            c. Unavailability of recipient (or authorized representative) to receive the delivery

            d. Recipient moved to an unknown address

            e. Disruption of normal function of or

            f. Acts of God or force majeure including but not limited to natural disaster or calamity, severe inclement weather conditions, strike, wars, rebellion, civil commotion, act of public enemies



Your sending to inJoy Online Store your proof of payment for an order, which inJoy Online Store will acknowledge by replying to the exact same email used for sending proof of payment, means that your order is already non-cancellable. If, however, you have successfully made the deposit into our bank accounts and would still like to make changes to your order, then you may only exchange for an item or transaction that is worth equal to or more than the amount of your original deposit, provided that both of these circumstances are met:

• you have contacted us about revising your order prior to the 3 working days allotted to you to complete your payment process 

• you have not yet previously sent us a copy of your proof of payment

In situations where revising your order will incur a balance owing to inJoy, it is your responsibility to coordinate with inJoy Online Store to ensure that the additional balance due is properly deposited before inJoy Online Store will arrange for the delivery of your revised order.



For warranty, please make sure to read our Limited Warranty Policy that can be found on our website. Please make sure to keep your Official Receipt at all times. If you have any issues with your equipment received within the warranty period, please email or together with your Official Receipt and wait for further instructions.



In case of any repair needs for equipment purchased through inJoy Online Store, you can contact us through email to report the issues and will be guided through phone on possible steps to make the equipment function as needed. Should the issue require repair by a technician, you are responsible for getting the equipment to and from an Authorized Service Center or Authorized Dealer. You will be responsible for paying the necessary charges to properly repair the equipment.
