Pancit Canton 200 gms


200 grams inJoy Pancit Canton Sauce Powder Mix
1 1/4 liters of water
1 kilo Canton noodles (Boil for 1 minute. Drain)
Garlic and onion, chopped (optional)
1 kilo Mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, etc.)
5 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  1. Dissolve inJoy Pancit Canton Sauce Powder Mix in water. Set aside.
  2. In a wok, saute garlic and onion until golden brown. Stir fry vegetables.
  3. Add sauce mixture until sauce thickens and vegetables are tender.
  4. Add cooked Canton noodles.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Servings: Makes at least 30 servings
