Chicken Ala King Rice Topping Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150g carrots
  • 150g corn kernels
  • 1/3 cup cornstrach
  • 1/3 cup inJoy Vendo Chicken Soup Powder

Procedures:

1. Cook corn kernels in 1.5L of boiling water for 6 minutes

2: Slowly add and dissolve inJoy Cream of Chicken Soup powder and stir well.

3: Add pre-dissolved cornstarch and stir well.

4: Add diced carrots. Allow mixture to boil with occasional stirring for 2 mins

5: Pour on top of cooked rice

Total food cost per batch: P61.69 which can make 13 – 15 servings. Each pack can make 60 servings with P4.75 food cost per serving.
