QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, Business Management, or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in cold storage warehouse operations
- Knowledgeable in Office Applications
- Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounts of customers and ensure exceptional customer service
- Handle incoming ang outgoing requests from customers (e.g. scheduling of delivery and pick-up)
- Establish and manage billing processes and activities (e.g. generating invoices, processing of payment, and resolving any billing discrepancies)
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfill customer requests for incoming and outgoing delivery and pick-up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, requests, and transactions in the ERP system
- Provide proactive communication to customers regarding job order status updates, potential delays, and any other relevant information
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and logistics to address customer needs, resolve inquiries, and optimize overall service delivery
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally and provide appropriate solutions to maintain string customer relationships
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client services operations
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information
