QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits is a plus
- Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll
- Ensuring timely timekeeping reports for payroll and billing processing of various business partners
- Ensuring government remittances of the company have been paid and posted on time
- Safekeeping receipts of government remittances
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding salary and statutory benefits
