HR Generalist

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits is a plus
  • Willing to work in Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements;
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicants’ qualifications with department heads
  • Coordinates on-boarding process of new applicants (collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling company orientation, endorsing to proper departments, and registering to the company records);
  • Keeps updated with all government-mandated laws;
  • Support internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required;
  • Perform timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll
  • Ensuring timely timekeeping reports for payroll and billing processing of various business partners
  • Ensuring government remittances of the company have been paid and posted on time
  • Safekeeping receipts of government remittances
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding salary and statutory benefits
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned
