QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Accounting, Business Management, or equivalent
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits is a plus
- Willing to work in Quezon City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements;
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicants’ qualifications with department heads
- Coordinates on-boarding process of new applicants (collecting pre-employment requirements, scheduling company orientation, endorsing to proper departments, and registering to the company records);
- Keeps updated with all government-mandated laws;
- Support internal and external audits within the department by preparing documentation as required;
- Perform timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll
- Ensuring timely timekeeping reports for payroll and billing processing of various business partners
- Ensuring government remittances of the company have been paid and posted on time
- Safekeeping receipts of government remittances
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding salary and statutory benefits
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
