Recipe:

25 grams of inJoy Flavored Gulaman
1.5 liter water
  1. Dissolve 1 pack of inJoy Gulaman Powder Mix in water.
  2. Cook over medium heat with continuous stirring until near-boiling.
  3. Pour cooked mixture on molders and allow to set.
  4. Once gulaman has set, sliced into desired sizes.
Servings: Makes 12 x half-cup servings (1.3 kilos cooked jelly)
