Tapioca Pearls 500g
– Boil 3 liters of water then add 500g inJoy tapioca pearls and stir until all the pearls float.
– Cover and continue to boil on low fire for 30 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to sit for another 30 minutes.
– Strain pearls and rinse with cold running water.
For sugar syrup:
Dissolve 1/4kg brown sugar in 1 cup water then boil. Remove from heat and add to cooked pearls.
