Beef Mushroom Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- Water (1L)
- inJoy Vendo Beef Bulalo Soup Powder (1/4 cup, 40 grams)
- Cornstarch (1/4 cup, 30 grams)
- Mushroom, sliced (40 grams)
- Salt (1/4 tsp, 2 grams)
- All Purpose Cream (1/4 cup, 60 mL)
Procedures:
1. Dissolve inJoy Vendo Beef Bulalo Powder, cornstarch, and salt in water. Cook over medium heat and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
2. Add sliced mushroom. Allow mixture to simmer for 1 minute or until thick.
3. Turn off fire and add all-purpose cream. Mix well and serve!
