Recipe:

25 grams of inJoy Flavored Gulaman
1.5 litro water
  1. Dissolve 1 pack of inJoy Gulaman Powder Mix in water.
  2. Cook over medium heat with continuous stirring until near boiling.
  3. Pour cooked mixture on molders and allow to set.
  4. Once gulaman si set, sliced into desired sizes.
Servings: Makes 12 x half cup servings (1.3 kilos cooked jelly)
