Tapioca Pearls 1kg
1 kg inJoy Shang Tea Tapioca Pearls
4 liters of water
1. Boil 4 liters of water in a stockpot. Once boiling, gradually add contents of 1 kg pack of inJoy Shang Tea Tapioca Pearls and allow to boil for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and wash.
2. For the syrup, dissolve 1/2 kg brown sugar in 1/2 liters of water and allow mixture to boil. Remove from heat, and then add to the cooked inJoy Shang Tea Tapioca Pearls. Add this to your favorite drinks and desserts.
